The hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning mountain views. During New Year, the hotel offered a special New Year's breakfast that included traditional dishes, which was a nice touch. They also had an onsen that was clean and easily accessible.
The hotel décor was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. the staff didn't speak much English, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

Enjoyed a comfortable stay with great views of the surroundings. Room was spacious and well-equipped, with both Western-style beds and traditional tatami mat areas. the onsen was a highlight, with large indoor and outdoor options. the staff were friendly and helpful, making for a welcoming and pleasant experience. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a good range of options to suit different tastes.
It's clear that maintenance could be improved in some areas, with rusty railings and chipped paintwork in the emergency exit being noticed. the food was a little lacklustre and didn't quite live up to the high standards set by other aspects of the hotel.

We had an incredible stay here! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were fantastic. They even had parking available, which is a huge plus. The location on the shore of the lake was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the cherry trees in bloom and the majestic mountains. And speaking of views, the onsen was truly amazing, offering a relaxing soak with a picturesque backdrop. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We felt so welcome and had a fantastic time.
Nothing. We had a truly perfect stay and couldn't find any drawbacks.
